Transfer membership to an employer group

I took a discovery medical aid in February. since then I have trying move the contribution to an employer group they asked me to complete a transfer form which I did, they sent me a stop order for to give to my employer which I did and I sent them persal printouts as proof that money will be deducted as of the 15/04/2015 by my employer for the medical aid. I can not afford to pay them twice. I keep getting excuses of why I cannot be transferred. I cannot be communicating with discovery for more than a month to no avail
