Transaction statement format issue

System issues resulted in (RC) reason codes to be omitted in transaction statements - Raised this concern with the and this is the so called response :"I have tested your Discovery website profile on my end and this how the Claims Transaction History format has been designed." - Utter nonsense!!!! I have previous statements with reason codes next to every transaction line - My question is what happens if there is 2 reason codes? What line is rejected for what reason? My gap cover is rejecting your stupid statements - this will be an issue for a lot of people - NOT JUST ME!!!!
