Tractocile medicine not paid for.

Ive been a member of discovery for roughly 12 years, i pay R9840 every month of my hard earned money, for myself and my 4 dependents, last year my wife gave birth on the 9th of May 2019, discovery sent me a letter on 12 February 2020 to advise me that, they will not pay for an medicine that was administered by a certain Dr Thubisi, the Obstetrician, this medicine is called Tractocile, i googled the medicine is used to delay the process of giving birth. The letter i received advised me that discovery deliberated on the issue, and decided not to cover this medicine.

Now on principle i have decided i will not pay this amount, as i know i am already paying too much money, and as medical aid is a grudge payment, you can imagine, how much of a **** i think it is. But as we speak, the hospital has listed my name on credit bureau, and this is ruining my good name.

I am very dissapointed with this, i am contemplating switching to the hospital plan, as i do not see the benefit of having this plan "classic saver", if small amounts as R3434 cannot be paid, why should they be paid by me?
