Totally devasted by Discovery Medical Aid

Unfortunately as a patient, I think the contributions made towards Discovery and the benefit and services received are really pathetic. We pay a medical aid so that in the event we are sick we can be rest assured that we can use it in an event of an immergency, not been turned away by some inexperienced case managers in the hospital
