Took double the money . For no reason . Creating chaos for my other accounts

They have deducted double premiums from my account . Causing me to not have enough money for my other premiums. Causing them to fail . And extra amounts to myaccount for no money . Why would you do that ? Please fix it and send with extra money for the banking fees and the trouble that I now have to reactivate my policy because of this stupid double money . How gave you the right to take double money ?
