TO BIG TO CARE ANYMORE - GONE TO THE DOGS

Gone to the dogs...

They not answer their phones, kept on hold for over an hour to eventually gave up. You can phone an alternative number for new sign ups they answer within 5 seconds. Almost 12k complaints...

We were on their top plan with gap cover. Discovery refused to pay the hospital trauma doctors within the medical aid rates, claiming they have a deal with the doctor's practices which they do not. Both the medical aid plan covers it in full and the gap cover would too.

Onto of that another Doctors rooms were used to stabilise the patient for transport to the hospital which they too are refusing to pay.
