Tiring!!! Sent from pillar to post

I was at the Dr's room for consultation on 04/03/2015 and paid cash as i didnt have my medical aid card with me. i asked for the proof of payment and anything that i could send to Discovery when i claim. The lady at the Dr's office gave me documents i needed and i sent to Discovery claims. I then got an email saying the dates needs to be confirmed. I phone customer services and the guy i spoke to said he will resend my document back to claims again. Then i again got an email saying the documents i sent to claims are quotations. I called again and still not resolved. I Spoke to the lady at the Dr's rooms and she told me she also spoke to Discovery and informed them the system she uses is different and will not say Tax invoice when she prints but will say report. I dont work for a medical aid company nor any DR so i dont know what else they want. I gave all that was needed and still no joy on a mere R500 claim. I can only imagine if it was a big claim. Now im just sent from pillar to post. Everyone is passing the buck!
