Tired of your apologies Discovery with no resolution

Being a Discovery client for 30 years, I am most disappointed in their service and customer care. Their agents or customer service have no passion to assist their clients. Unfortunately it has become so exhausting to deal with Discovery and their agents. 6 months, many calls and still my issue of a simple hospital account has not been resolved. Customer service promise the world but do nothing. I woild like a senior manager to contact me.
