Tired of waiting

I am very unhappy with discovery keycare i have contact them the hole time but nobody comes back to me. The hospital gave the wrong auth to discovery and i needed to pay in after the payment i have made discovery then emailed me and said i am not liable for any of the costs... And now i am struggling to get my money from discovery and it is already going on for 8 months... What can i do to get my money back
