Tired of Discivery medical aid!

Discovery has been a pain ever since i have joined them they refer me to drs in the network but do not pay the Dr's and when i call in then i am told that it will be resolved.

I spoke to a lady named SAM who said she would call me back as my query will take 3 working days. To date i received no phone call and I refuse to waste my time anymore by calling to get matters resolved! quick to debit but slow to assist i am tired and if my company never forced me to choose a scheme with them then i would have probably prefered something like bonitas.
