Time is no worry for them

My gp sent a auth request in on 04/02/2018 to see a specialist it is 12/02/18 not my apaintment tis tomorrow i stil have had no feedback from the and when i phone i am told its still under review maybe i must move my apointment. i have waited 2 weeks to just get it.
