THREE WEEKS and still no authorization for CHEMO!

It is completely UNACCEPTABLE that my dad has been waiting almost THREE WEEKS for authorization for chemotherapy!!! We're not waiting to crack the nod for disprin, for goodness sake, this is a treatment for 'malignant neoplasm of prostate' that could SAVE HIS LIFE! I have tried everything possible to get answers from your call center but keep getting pushed from pillar to post. SEVEN phone calls, FOUR emails, a message via Facebook inbox still not read or answered, and numerous 'pending/declined/pending/approved/pending' decisions on your website and we are still no closer to getting authorization!
