Threat from consultant to be kicked out of medical aid

I switched medical aids in December 2020 to discovery keycare plus it hasn’t been a great experience. When I’m wanted to go see a dermatologist I was told I needed a code at my GP appointment Kay fine I went 2nd week of January it kept being declined until a week or 2 ago a lady for Joburg by the name of Rosa started calling me asking all these questions about my skin and why I wanted to go see a skin Dr. asked me for pictures to prove that I actually have that which was very disturbing but I did then she called me and told me very harsh that discovery is kicking me out they won’t be covering me with immediate effect because I didn’t disclose information that I usually go to see the skin Dr. I was like it’s not a chronic thing I didn’t see a need to mention it I mean it told her anyways it’s not like this medical plan pays for any treatment or medication might be recommended so I don’t see what the problem is it’s a consultant and she was like yes but we still paying for it was so confused because the medical aid is not free for pay for it. So she told me that she will sending me a letter of termination and I asked her if we need to sign anything she said no... another thing I won’t accept signing to join and then not signing to unjoin what does that even mean? So was like okay thanks bye. Then I thought about all this when to my emails and checked for the form Rosa said he said asking me to disclose information or tick or what she was talking about and I could not find that in the form I signed so I forward the form I was sent to sign so she can just highlight that area so I’m at peace she didn’t reply called and left voice massage yesterday today been trying to call her land line no answer left voice massages no reply. I’m here now don’t even knew what’s going on if I’m covered or not last I spoke to someone (Rosa) was threatened to be kicked out. She made me feel like a ******** like I’m scheming the company where as I answered everything truthfully because I didn’t know it was an issue not mentioning I see a skin Dr. what’s the propose of the medical aid to see Doctors. Oh and a nothing after sending the pictures Rosa then concluded what was wrong with my skin because I had microblading before and called it by name and said I have that thing whatever it is and I told her my Dr. never told me that where I’m a it coming from told her my truth. Whatever she said I had my Dr. never said it was that would gladly get a report from her. And how found that very disturbing. Please assist.
