Ridiculous unfair pathetic!!!!! This is how Discovery Health will help you: A positive MSA refers to the ‘cash’ balance and does not include the upfront MSA you get at the start of the calendar year.

How many people have a carry over from the previous year??????

So even if you have a current MSA balance that can be used, you are not allowed to use it, because it is your annual use for 2020!!!!!

Sorry but this is not fair!!

So Discovery phoned my back - Shame on you Discovery, i will not remove this post, this is not fair. Have been clients with Discovery for more that 10 years!!!
Discovery said that they have certain criteria they worked on and that is that.
So much for helping!!!
