Third complaint, yet still no feedback!

<p>This is now my 3rd complaint on Hello Peter regarding the same query. I've been begging for feedback for almost 4 months now and all I'm getting is a standard response "sorry for the delay, someone will be in contact with you before a specific date". Then I don't hear from them again unless I send another complaint via email/Facebook/Hello Peter or call the call centre. Every single person that I've dealt with thus far, always made empty promises of following up and providing feedback before a certain date which NEVER happened! If I wasn't pregnant, I would've moved back to my previous medical aid. Discovery staff is inadequate and absolutely useless! </p>
