Think twice before you book any flights on Discovery Health's vitality portal - you might just lose all your money

THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU MAKE USE OF DISCOVERY VITALITY TRAVEL!!

Discovery vitality is quick to promote 35% discounted flights which are booked via their website but has remained mum on the fact that their members who booked flights via Discovery Travel have not yet been refunded ANY monies due to them for flights which were cancelled due to COVID-19

I have booked and paid R75k worth of flights in February 2020 on Discovery Travel via Emirates and have made countless calls (the travel call centre has now been closed due to Comair being under business rescue, apparently Discovery Vitality Travel makes use of Comair as a booking platform) emails etc with NO constructive feedback whatsoever and my money still amiss. Scary part is that I requested this refund in March and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to be refunded, it has been 4 months later and not a word from Discovery about where my money is. More scarier is that the refund for the same flight I booked directly via Emirates (for my husband, a non Discovery member) money has been received more than a month ago.

WHERE IS MY MONEY, DISCOVERY VITALITY - and WHY is Discovery not assisting its member's in this issue but remaining mum about it
