<p>Made a claim in November and hasnt paid out its almost January...says the payout was approved but they sent a cheque and process of stoppin the cheque is 4 weeks...All this after setting up an online account and updating pmt details to eft...very quick to take money with debit orders but wheb they have to pay they will make u holler and scream</p>
