Thieving Discovery

Dear Discovery,

Could you please explain your double debit system that you have in place when a customer wants to change debit order dates. I have been trying to change this for the last 5 years and I am not getting your reason for wanting to charge me double . For example. I want to change my debit order from the 1st to the 10th. Because you charge a month behind this should not really be a problem if you charge a month ahead however If I change the debit order this is your logic. Current debit order is the 1st. I get paid on the 1st business day of every month. So now the debit order will go off the 1st of May for April. But then if i change the debit order to the 10th. you want to charge me twice for April. So debit me on the 1st of May for April Then again on the 10th of May for April Then the debit order on the 10th Of June covers May. You have caught 100s of customers like this. Please explain yourself. Do I report you to the medical aid ombudsman or the banking ombudsman. or go to the press with my findings and make you you pay everybody back you did this to. PS. Who will pay my debit order charges for bouncing debit orders. 2. You create havoc on my credit record.
