Thieving Discivery

18 years ago, I requested the debit order for my parents 's medical aid premium be deducted from my cheque account. At the time Discovery had a million excuses why they failed to implement this. Now that my father has taken over the payment of medical aid premiums himself, all of a sudden Discovery CAN manage to implement the debit order on my bank account! We have been battling for EIGHT years to get this stopped. All to no avail!!! Every time you phone Discovery, you get to talk to another generic parrot. Every generic parrot generates another solution. We've implemented every solution they have generated, but STILL Discovery helps themselves to funds in my bank account every single month. I then need to get this turned around, with penalty fees being charged! This is utterly disgusting. In recent interactions with Discovery 's generic parrots, they can't even find a trace of their own actions - just utterly denies that this has taken place at all!!!
