Absolutely terrible service. I registered on the maternity benefit and did a test to confirm preganancy (BHCG). The maternity brochure clearly states that the plan I am on should give me cover for this test, Discovery Health is refusing to pay for it based on the loophole of a wrong code used by Pathcare. This is absolutely ridiculous. You pay R4000 a month for a medical aid that refuses to cover a R175 test that they are clearly meant to cover. Absolutely *******. I'm disgusted at their service.
