They're not benefits until Discovery has spent your MSA!

After returning from the Optoimterist today, I noticed that almost 50% of my MSA was missing. I checked on the app, and the optometrist visit + frames and lenses were deducted from my MSA.

But....... I have an Optometry "benefit" (that takes funds from my MSA???) But it's a dedicated benefit?? Or so i thought

Discovery - you are lying to your members by calling this a benefit! How can a dedicated "benefit" use funds from my MSA below threshold, and only becomes a real benefit once I am above threshold?

It's the same case as the "unlimited" benefits you get in above threshold that are definitely NOT unlimited. Your call centre agents call it "Unlimited with Sub-Limits". Surely unlimited with sub-limits means it's NOT unlimited???

This is completely false! You are lying to your members and *****ing funds where and when it suits you.

I am so tired of calling the call centre only to be told - It is what it is and we cannot help you. I am even more tired of trying to decipher your false claims of what you deem a "benefit" to be.

It's "Get Rich" for Discovery while you ***** your poor members with their "benefits".
