They won't pay me back
I submitted my claim over a week ago - no money back. Finally call Discovery and get told the doctor's practice number is wrong. That is absolutely a lie. The practice number is 100% correct and my husband claimed from the dame doctor, same practice number and he got reimbursed. What is this Discovery?? A way not to pay members back for made-up reasons??? So disgusted.
