they think they are more important

<p>so they admit on the call that no person ever mentioned that it would come out of this years savings, but refuse to fix it.</p> <p> </p> <p>i told the guy who spoke to me that i would continue to put reviews in hello peter but it said its ok becuase him and his team deal with hello peter and no one else sees it.</p> <p> </p> <p>so after i said to them i am not happy with what has happened, they just send me an email saying how happy they are that they could help me and if i am not happy i need to fill in forms and i need to phone people but im not going to do anything execpt hello petter complaints.</p> <p> </p> <p>my next complaint will be at 12 today cause discovery will not contact me before then.</p>
