They tell you that ou can go to a specific doctor then when it comes time to pay they dont.

On the 5th of June 2017 i called discovery and spoke to one of the consultants to find out what doctor i can go to using my medical aid benefits and he said i could go to Dr SGA Cotterell so the next day i went to the doctor and then discovery rejected the claim, i then called discovery and i spoke to another consultant who said she is sorting it out but still nothing.

they don't want to take responsibility for the consultants.
