They stole my money, I want it back :(

I submitted a claim of +-R3200 from the Doctor that I paid from own pocket now they only paid R445 claiming that I've been owing them since 2013, they sent me sms's (its a blue lie), I asked them where and when because I don't have anything like that, worst part of it when submitted claim they never ever notified me that they will take their money let alone of not knowing what am I owing them for, I mean its 2019 and I've been paying contributions since 2012 till now, they claim I owe them only when I asked why did they pay my claim less, they just decide to deduct my money just like that ,its not acceptable that's reap off , I need my money before the company cancels the membership, then I can pay for what I know
