They refuse to do their job

I sent all necessary docs 14 Dec so Discovery can process my refund but nothing has been done till today and was promised a turn around time of 3 to 5 days initially but the call center agents dropped my calls, the walk in service center reception kept making excuses for the staff , everyone is covering up for one another so the work never gets done and no one cares.
