They make me choose the option that doesn't exist

<p>I live in Pretoria. I am a member of Discovery Health. I need to have a colonoscopy done.</p> <p>As per Discovery, if I have it done in a hospital I have a co-payment of R3600. If I have it done in the doctors rooms ‘n have no co-payment. No doctor I phone are willing to do it other than in theatre.</p> <p>I’ve spend over half an hour on the phone with Discovery to tell me which doctor in Pretoria is willing to do it in their rooms. They can’t answer me. So I am penalised for not taking the option Discovery suggests, meanwhile the suggested option doesn’t even exist.</p> <p> </p>
