They dont care about others in need!!

Disappointed is not engough to describe the feelings I have. Why pay a medical aid more than R2000pm for more than 3 years? To find out in COVID-19 era that they dont really care. Yes I missed payments or even made more than 1 payment in a month trying to keep my medical aid because UIF only pays a small amount or pays out a month later eventhough its time to get the next months money. They just suspend your benefits without trying to find out why suddendly not paying since you have been a loyal customer not making any fusses about service. Or trying to accomodate the people thats on time paying customers. To make a smaller arrangement. They dont care if you might have covid they just suspend your benefits.. Theyy dont care about your 2year old child that might have covid-19...

They dont care about us... Why does banks have payment holidays but medicall aids don't?

In this case banks are caring more for their people than your own "medical aid"!
