They don't understand their own process

<p>Discovery health has a self payment gap where you need to pay until you close your self payment gap then you go into threshold. So i sent my claims that I have paid myself but they still say non payment becuase my funds are finished. Really????</p> <p> </p> <p>Then they say they only pay for one session per day, it was only one session for the day. Really you guys love taking out money but don't want to pay when the time comes. I am not impressed at all</p>
