they bill chronoc from saving & lie about benefits

On my plan i'm supposed to get 2 test per year from scheme but its taken from savings and they say the benefits are depleted and lie saying I claimed more than twice in the beginning of the year. 07 January I experienced this problem and 29 june I call them they promise to amend they never do. They also say there Is four consultations from scheme per year but they always debit savings account not scheme. As a result my savings get depleted early and my kids get sick they cant consult because the is no funds.
