THEY ARE LITERAL *******, DO NOT EVER USE

My bank account was set as the claims refunds account ONLY for a family member, with billing taking place on their account, not mine. Come the start of the month, THEY LITERALLY STOLE R3300 out of my account putting me in overdraft, and after 4 days I still do not have my money back. DO NOT USE THESE ****** PLEASE
