THEY ARE ENOUGH TO MAKE YOU REALLY SICK

Was forced to have my chronic meds delivered by Optipharm. (Not possible to go and fetch them at the pharmacy like I have been doing for the past 10 years). So Optipharm delivers every 20 days and I end up with about 3 months of over supply or meds. All of a sudden.... bang... no more deliveries. Now that the meds are almost finished I call them to find out why no deliveries. They tell me the order was cancelled and they dont know why.<br> So the I hold on the phone for another 30 minutes waiting for a pharmacist who asked me for the 4th time for my details. She then tells me have to go on line every month or phone or down load an app if I want my meds delivered. COME ON!!!I Now I have to chase them every month for medication that they are forcing me to buy from them. This is disgusting. Why cant people just do their jobs?. What is wrong with them? If they force a system down members throats, why do you make it so frigging difficult? It makes me sick and exhausted.
