The worst service

I am utterly disgusted by the service I’m getting from Discovery , I logged a query with them last week Thursday to get my contact number updated I was told it takes 2 days for the query to be resolved it’s been a week no one has bothered to contact me on feedback or even a courtesy call.. this is disgusting.. I’ve called them many times and I was promised that they would call me with feedback before close of business and they couldn’t even live up to that.. it’s been a whole WEEK!!.. I joined discovery as I was promised an excellent service but I’ve received nothing but ***!.

Another day still no feedback, when you guys called i actually thought my matter was finally going to get resolved but clearly, the complains department is as unhelpful. i pay thousands to a company that isn't bothered to assist with a simple thing like update my phone number. People need to know how pathetic you actually are.

I doubt is because if that was the case my matter would have been resolved by now... I just fail to understand whats so complicated about updating a phone number!!!!!. Im giving my notice ive had it with discovery !.
