THE WORST MEDICAL INSURANCE IN THE LAND!! FACE OF INCOMPETENCE

This has been an absolutely torrid experience. My husband pays for this medical aid. He's based in Europe. The payment was made and confirmation and proof sent however the incompetence at Discovery continues to tell me they are unable to track the payment and now have cancelled the medical aid citing we owe them an installment . I've sent them numerous proof of payments. And confirmations from both banks. They keep saying the finance department is sorting it out but now I have no medical aid with my children while I wait for them to locate a payment that is already with them. The last time I called the lady was crazy enough to tell me we used the wrong account details however it's the account number listed on their official statement sent to me.

I took it a step further and called FNB who advised me to get the MT103 from the paying bank and they confirmed that FNB received the payment based on the MT103. The fools at discovery yet still tell us it has not been received. FNB instructed that they contact them so they can assist them in tracking yet 3 months later and we are still dealing with the same **** show. I shouldn't have had to call FNB however I took it a step further to ensure everything went through. Worst part is Discvovery have had this MT103 for well over 3 months and have done absolutely nothing

I would advise people to stay away from discovery health it's just been **** show after **** show. If incompetence had a face it would be discovery health
