The worst medical aid in SA - DISCOVERY. Run for the hills.

Discovery Health Medical scheme is an embarrassment to themselves. Technically they should not deserve a single star, not even half a star from hellopeter. When I recently changed medical plans from their Classic Saver to KeyCare, an amount was owed on the Medical Savings and an arrangement was made with them to pay the amount back in a few months. The contributions was paid up to date for both the Classic Saver and Keycare plan, yet Discovery suspended the medical aid for reasons of arrears contributions. I called them and they realized that they allocated the membership premium to the arrears on the medical savings, thereby incorrectly allocating the funds. This was acknowledged and my medical aid unsuspended. This was 5 days ago. Today they suspended the medical aid again for the same reason, showing that all the e-mails , calls and acknowledgment of their mistake, helped nothing. They are the worst medical to deal with and Adrian Gore will never know how *********** his people are since there is NO way for accountability to be served. They cannot even reconciliation their own reference numbers with the queries they send and which customers respond to. Its like dealing with toddlers.
