THE WORST MEDICAL AID COMPANY IN THE WORLD

My son got sick earlier this year and w admitted into hospital, discovery had paid the first for the duration of his hospitalization as well as from the hospital he was dropped off by the school ,my son then swallowed a R5 coin and again was rushed to hospital by the school, I paid 1500 upfront and before I did this I called discovery asking them am I paying this amount because at the time I had savings in my account, the discovery consultants said that i should pay it and claim back from discovery. I paid the 1500 sent all documentation needed for my refund to my demise I only got paid back R406 from the 1500 i paid which discovery said I should pay to the hospital, the reason they gave me was the hospital put on the wrong code, now as I client how am I supposed to know which code the hospital needs to send to discovery? I want my money my next move is the ombuds man I'm tired of calling discovery and speaking to rude managers who are useless and don't know what they are doing and can't even answer the questions i asked her, secondly my son had surgery at the hospital which is a network hospital to remove the R5 coin he was admitted to hospital now in my understanding the DELTA means it pays for when your hospitalized the surgery was 10k discovery only paid 1k I have asked why didn't they pay this till today no one has given me answer. I pay a lot of money for this medical aid, and it doesn't work for I am going to take my business elsewhere and I'm going to the ombudsman and going on all social media and top radio stations, yes, I am that connected until I have these two matters resolved.
