The worst experience i ever had

The people that sold the plan to me told me they pay for everything that we will need but the first claim we made they paid zero of it, and if i knew that the plan was so **** i would have went with another medical aid because we are willing to pay whatever it costs for good cover, but that's what they recommended only to make money to **** people, they don't care about the people just the sales.
