THE WORST BADEST MEDICAL AID EVER!!!

As a Discovery medical aid patient I went for MRI scans ON 18.09.2014. I was told to pay a deposit of R1250.00 as there is not enough money in my savings account. And I will be in my self payment gap then! Which I did. I received a letter from Dr where MRI was done that I still owe them R4049.00. I've phoned Discovery on numerous times which they only said that the account has been send back for reprocessing. After about 2 months time I phoned again for feedback as the account @ Dr was in 90 days. The lady told me that yes I must pay that amount as I was in my self payment gap!!! WHY DIDNT Discovery subtract the amount November 2014 from my self payment gap which mean I would have been out of my gap and wouldn't had to pay all medical bills from my pocket for the rest of November &amp
