The worse Service ever

I am utterly disgusted with the feedback that I am receiving, I have paid this account on the 17th November 2015 the amount of R304.80 which was stipulated on the letter I received from discovery. I sent the proof on the 17th and was given the *** and sent again on 29th Jan 2016 and *** sent again on 29th Jan 2016 and *** and received a reply with ref number: *** and proof of payment for discovery ***. Received a reply on the 01st feb 2016 from ****ema Sayed advising that she had referred the attachment received to our Member Debt Administration department for the *** Then I received a email from Gloria Mphela from SSDA on the 10th Feb 2016 “We have received your request and forwarded it to the relevant department to process. Please note that we will provide feedback as soon as the request has been completed.” Then she replies today telling me about interest.
