The worse form of repeat about the same thing

I am so sick and tired of Discovery Vitality who have hired a bunch of *********** staff members. I have been struggling to get my cashback for healthy food, gear, and health. I keep logging queries and someone in their Finance departments keeps making payment to a closed account. I do not understand how difficult is it to resolve this issue? I have written 3 times on hellopeter about this and to date they still have not done anything. I call to the call centre and they keep creating a query with the same team who cannot seem to get it right!!!!

I am frustrated and tired of their stories.... they are really the worst company to deal with it :( You guy's are giving me nightmares and headaches... Get you act together...
