I had an issue with my plan and was honestly losing my patience with discovery considering everyone i spoke to was just beating around the bush and transferring me to different people who could not really assist me almost ready to cancel my plan I then got transferred to Brett Mckuur. He was just outstanding, he even called me back as my airtime was about to run out considering I sat over an hour calling Discovery.

He took the time to know what I was saying and actually understand the situation at hand which gave me a huge relief, he was so patient and gave me such good advice, he even went the extra mile for me! Discovery Brett is definitely a huge asset to your company! His customer service skills are out of this world !
