If I could give a -1 rating I would. After the fact that I spoke to your representative about paying end of the month yet my membership is still being cancelled IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG and *********! I am definitely going to take this matter further because you cannot proceed with a cancellation after an agreement has been made! I’ve gone through the utmost with Discovery, I have never received any good service from you people and I’ve been treated like an actual animal and ******** instead of a client. From day one, you put me on the most expensive medical aid without my knowledge because you’re hungry for commission, I had a miscarriage and had to go to a public hospital but I have medical aid, I got COVID-19 and couldn’t even go to a doctor I had to go to a clinic yet I have “the best medical aid” I wasn’t even covered for my pregnancy either! I am definitely going to make this matter viral because this is PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE, no phone call nothing just a “sorry bye” sms

You don’t even have the decency to call your clients instead just send an SMS. I will most certainly let this make news! People should know what’s happening at Discovery!
