THE ONLY CONSISTENT THING IS THE DISAPPOINTMENT

Just the most unpleasant experience having to deal with this sort of incompetence. So despite the fact they refused to pay for my double jaw surgery (despite motivations from my surgeon which they did not even have the decency to tell me they had rejected) , I was also ill advised on NUMEROUS occasions. Each time you phone, you are treated to a different answer - how great! I was previously advised that my anaesthetist would be covered in full and then told it would fall under a "related account" from our dentistry benefit and have a limit then told IT WOULD BE COVERED IN FULL then told again it would only be covered as per our dentistry benefit. Goodness me, what to believe. This back and forth is so tiresome and pathetic. I now find our that the claim submitted by our anaesthetist is not being paid for AT ALL because information is not the same as the details I provided when I requested my hospital admission. Why don't you go and learn a bit about your plans and you would see I did not need an admission for this procedure because they think someone having their jaw cut off is "basic dentistry". Where the heck has this come from and what pathetic justification will you use this time? It is shocking that an institution can provide such inconsistent information to its customers.
