The most stressful company you will deal with something needs to change.

Never in my life have I dealt with such *********** and unintelligent staff. If you are thinking about using this medical aid don't. I have official been a discovery member since March according to my membership and recently had to go to a psychiatric care hospital while there my biggest issue to my health was not my mental state but the discovery employees. I was given a number to phone so I called the number. How many times did I call the number 14 times did I call a number belonging to Gillian not once did I get an answer from her. So I asked the case manager what was going on only to be told I was given a wrong number and that discovery was also trying to get a hold of me from a number I have never seen in my life so I don't know who they were calling. So life goes on and I wait for their call only for them to immediately cut it on me they did however call me back and I gave them the information required of me. They say they are just going to do a backcheck to make sure everything is in order and here my friends is when my pathetic little story about this horrific company sours even more because as mentioned above they aren't the most intelligent beings in existence but far from it actually. In Feb of this year I saw a psychologist once now for my fellow readers who have more than 2 brain cells a question. Can a psychologists diagnose you with depression?Can a psychologists diagnose you with anxiety? After a single session? If you have more than one brain cell you'd say no but if you were discovery Health this was classified under an undisclosed medical illness. Well it must have been extremely disclosed as I have only been Diagnosed now in August by psychiatrist. But due to me not knowing about diagnosis I'm no longer a discovery member according to Gillian as I have not stated my diagnosis that I was unaware of myself as I said I have been on the medical aid since March ,I was not diagnosed till August. So my apologies to discovery for not being able to see into the future to disclose an illness that I was not yet diagnosed with.I was given a call from Gillian stating that my bills that should be payed by discovery were now left for me to pay and I am no longer a member of discovery. I am thinking of taking this to court or social media cause the basis of the actions placed on me make no sense. I have a friend with over 500000 followers on her tiktok so maybe if discovery doesn't hear out my appeal I should let her followers know what kind of company this is.
