The most ****PY service from Discovery Health

Worst client service ever from what is supposed to be a highly rated medical aid.

I have been trying since the 4th of October to get claims paid by Discovery with NO assistance at all. I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and sitting with stress that is unhealthy for me and my baby about unpaid claims to my doctor which Discovery is at fault for and they just do not care AT ALL, I have spoken to numerous consultants I have sent an email to the principal of Discovery I have spoken to a Manager and still NOTHING is done. I am so furious and so frustrated I honestly do not know what more I can do as a member so get this resolved. The worst part is if I don't pay on time every month they suspend my membership immediately but if they don't pay or if they don't assist you there is nothing you as a member can do.

I have explained multiple times to every consultant I speak with why they are rejecting my claims and every time they tell me they do apologise but they will have to reprocess my claims which takes 2-3 working days, I never hear back from them they say they will call with feedback and every time I have to call in and find out just to hear the same thing over and over and then explaining again why this is happening and all they can say is sorry and that is it and you just have to accept it and wait.

The doctor is waiting for his payment and after more than a month I still can't give him an answers of when this will be paid by YOU !!!!

I will NEVER recommend you to anyone as a medical aid.

If I do not get this resolved by COD tomorrow I will be going to the Ombudsman and taking it further as I am done waiting and dealing with this.
