Discovery Keycare plus take the cup for the worst service ever. I app**** for keycare plus medical for my brother who is a student and paid the 6 month fee on the 23rd November even today i am still waiting for the card as he needs to apply for a study permit and the card its needed at the embassy as proof. i have sent numerous emails which all i get is the automatic reply. i call each and every day and today the call was worse because the lady just too my details and told me she is transfering me to the keycare plus department and for an hour i never spoke to anyone.<br> <br> I am willing to collect the card at any of your offices in johannesburg or if not possible can i get the refund and apply somewhere. The study permit application must go in before the 31st December or my poor brother won't go to school.<br> <br>
