The most appalling, medical aid ever.

This is by far the worst medical aid I have ever had, I upgraded from Keycare to Classic Smart thinking the more expensive the better, only to find that I am shooting myself in the foot, I had food poisoning and had to go to the ER and guess what they don't pay if you are not admitted worst of all yesterday I was sick again and since it was a Sunday my normal doctor was closed so I had to go nearby where they were open and now they won't pay because that doctor is not in their network of doctors so maybe I was supposed to die or wait till Monday, the worst part of it is that there was not even a consultant to speak to when I called for help. I am disgusted and I will be finding another medical aid, I will not recommended Discovery even to my worst enemy. I don't even feel obliged to pay the money I owe to them
