The most amazing service ever

I had the most amazing call center experience last week , I phoned for an emergency authorisation at discovery and spoke to a gentlemen Shailen Governder he was very cheerful and helpful and it was the best service I have ever had from discovery or any medical aid in fact .Shailen kept me up-to-date about my authorisation 3 times between 14: 00 pm -15 :00 pm that day and when it was all done explained everything , I was going in for surgery but yet that didn't bother me because it felt like I was talking to a friend and all my worries were forgotten about .<br> <br> I really hope that the consultants at discovery take his example because then all the clients that phone will be happy with the service just like I was with Shailen .
