The Blind leading the Blind

<p>My wife diagnosed with Macular Degeneration .Upgraded plan in Dec 16 for which I never received a Manual for the new plan because Discovery never updated my records. Feb 17 after speaking to a Disc " S****ed Consultant " I reverted back to my original plan She failed to point out after a 30 minute telefone conversation that I would be losing the most pertinent benefit of the two Plans. What really seperates the 2 contracts is the Unlimited Above Threshold We discussed everything else but that . I realised the mistake when I met at Disc HO April 17 with a consultant who pointed out the mistake. Asked Disc to revert back and they have refused. The entire conversation is recorded. I find this deplorable.</p>
