The Arrogance of Discovery

So, In 2017 I was retrenched and battled with discovery to have my Medical aid downgraded as I was not going to be earning an income in the near future. This issue took quite awhile to resolve. Now here we go again, so not all of us work in a new modern office block in Sandton earning high salaries. Some of us sc**** the barrel in a tough economy. You asked for proof of income and it was sent on the 18th November 2019. When I get a snotty sms form some arrogant consultant telling me I will now pay top of scale as my documents were not received. I welcome the day NHI comes into play.
